- At CIBER we focus on recruiting in the full SDLC from test up to program management. I currently manage our AT&T account, thus anyone with wireless voice/data experience is always someone I would like to meet. Additionally I am searching for new accounts, thus if you or anyone you know recruits internally for a company in the Seattle area, I would love the opportunity to meet/speak with them to learn about thier business/hiring needs as well as our services.
