RPO Firm Makes Top 13 List
Trying to decide on an outside company to handle recruitment processes can be a difficult decision for many businesses. Not having to worry about these activities can increase efficiency in an HR department, but researching providers can be take some time. Because of this, many professionals prefer to go with a company that they have heard good things about. One way to know if a rpo firm maybe worth the money is to see if they have received any accolades or awards. According to a recent press release, this means that Aon Consulting’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing Practice could be a good choice.
Aon Consulting, which is the global capital consulting arm of Aon Corporation, has announced that its area of operations related to recruitment outsourcing made HRO Today magazine’s list of the 13 best RPO providers on the market. This acknowledgement will likely go a long ways to increase the popularity of this already recognizable firm.
Each year HRO Today puts out this list in order to acknowledge the best in the industry. To determine the most worthy firms the magazine uses client feedback on the rpo companies’ quality and breadth of service and the number of businesses that use each firm.
“This industry recognition underscores Aon Consulting’s commitment to delivering distinctive client service,” said the executive vice president and co-leader of Human Capital Practice for Aon Consulting, Bob Lopes, in the recent press release. “I congratulate our team for their dedication to providing best-in-class full-service RPO solutions, and I thank our clients for responding to the survey on our behalf.”
Patrick Tomlinson, the leader of Aon Consulting’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing Practice, also spoke about his positive feelings towards this acknowledgement.
“Being named to the 2009 Baker’s Dozen list reaffirms our innovative and customized high-volume recruitment solutions, aimed at quickly attracting the best new hires while driving down hiring costs,” said Tomlinson. “This is especially important in this challenging economy as employers determine how to capitalize on the available talent in the marketplace.”
